Basics of doing a Social Research!

Now when we talk about a social research, it usually speaks on how you develop an idea! So when you think of undergoing a research, you may keep the following points while drafting your paper. The basics that are showed up here are not limited to these steps but can include varied ideas as well.

            Talking on social research we do not have any scientific methods, as used in scientific research, but yes we follow a scientific approach and a methodology. Social Research follows chapterisation schemes, which are:

1.      Introduction: - Where you introduce your topic and relevance of your idea, also you mention scope and significance of your study.

2.      Review of Literature: - Here you mention other researcher’s findings and suggestions which you wish to use in your study.

3.      Research Methodology: -How you collect your data, what was your statistical tools applied, etc have to be mentioned here. Your hypothesis development is signified here.

4.      Data Analysis: When you collect responses from public and you describe it in few words by analyzing it, we state it here.

5.      Summary of Findings: - What were your outcomes when you analyzed the responses need to be mentioned here.

6.      Suggestions & Conclusion: Here usually we draft suggestions on the problem studied and conclude all our study.

These are just the chapterisation schemes you have to mention in your study, varied on the scale of your study you can change the above schemes.

These are ideal chapterisation schemes that you can opt, but yes definitely it’s on the requirement, where do you publish it.
